FAQs
HOW DO I SCHEDULE?
Fill out the inquiries and appointments form on the CONTACT page. You’ll receive a response within 1-2 business days with information and discuss setting up your session.
For individual sessions, you’ll be asked to complete a provided New Athlete Information Form before your session, which helps facilitate the conversation and create a personalized nutrition plan.
WHERE DOES NUTRITION COACHING TAKE PLACE?
You have the option to make your session in-person (if you reside in the Seattle area) in a quiet/private location, over the phone, or video call via Zoom.
What’s covered in an initial consultation?
During the initial consultation, you will receive a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your individual needs. This plan takes into account factors such as your age, training routine, goals, and dietary preferences. We will also discuss important topics such as optimal meal choices before, during, and after practice or competition, the timing of meals and snacks, proper hydration, and strategies for maintaining nutrition during tournaments and travel. By gaining insights into your specific requirements, the most effective sports nutrition strategies will be given to enhance your performance and overall well-being.
What can I expect from a follow-up session?
I'm here to support you at every stage of your journey! In follow-up sessions, I will track your progress towards your goals, provide ongoing education on sports nutrition, and make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition plan. To ensure your success, athletes will also have the option to use a food photo journal app and receive weekly feedback on their meals and snacks. Additionally, a private chat feature will be at your disposal, offering continuous support and a convenient way to communicate between sessions.
